An outbuilding houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and large butler sink. Enclosed garden to the rear with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.
There is off road parking for one small car at the property, but it is a tight space. There are six off-road car spaces available, which are a six-minute walk/two-minute car ride away for peak season. These spaces are up a curb and under trees. Pay to park can also be booked locally – ‘The Butlands’ is the closest car park, which is a short walk away. Alternatively, there is free parking on The Buttlands, a one minute walk away via Chancery Lane.

Additional Information:
The property is set on a slight hill and therefore there are a number of steps around the house between on the ground floor. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
There is a coffee bean to cup machine and two large cafetieres.
The bedding is feather free.
Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot. This property is not suitable for stair gates.
